I printed the sheet onto 200gsm card and cut out the elements before using DST to attach the base image to my card blank.
I then used glue gel to add the decoupage layers and my chosen sentiment to which I added 2 self-adhesive pearls.
I finished by highlighting the '30s' and the starburst using blue and silver sparkle pens and by adding a little gold glitter to the champagne in the glasses.
