I printed onto good photo paper,and cut out.The base layer was matted onto gold embossed card with foam tape.Then matted to one side onto a black base card,with foam tape.The other decoupage was layered with foam pads.To finish,I added gold Happy Anniversary and Love And Best Wishes peel offs.
