Printed onto Crafty Bob Matte Photo Paper. Cut out all the elements. Used DST to attach the Topper to a white card. Used foam pads to attach the Decoupage. I stuck Tiny crystals on the design around the girl. I stuck a Blue Gem, in the flower on her Headband.

This is a delightful design.
