First I used a lace effect backing sheet to cover my card stock, I layered the main picture onto gold mirror card which I had cut with special scissors to form a patterened edge,using narrow double sided tape around the edge of the main picture i sprinklrd gold glitter dust before adding the remainder of the printouts with sticky pads and arranging onto mirror card.

I trimmed the edge of the balloon with narrow gold wavey peel offs. I the decorated the front of the card with gold peel offs. I printed a message onto ivory coloured paper and layered this onto gold mirror card before adding to bottom of card.
