I printed this on good quality plain card, cut out the pieces and layered the decoupage using foam pads, adding the 'Happy Birthday' sentiment. I then attached it to a pink scalloped edged mat using double sided tape before attaching to a scalloped edged 8x8 white card blank.
A really cute card.
