Printed on good quality card paper cut out and layered the elements with foam stick pads I trimmed with gold peel off and added the caption

I printed on glossy photo paper and applied decoupage with foam pads. I mounted onto blank card stock and added a silver peel-off border to edge of topper. I mounted the sentiment onto silver card leaving a border and added 2 gems.
Lovely card for a boy making his confirmation and very easy to make.
