I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. Onto a black square card base I layered a piece of jigsaw print wrapping paper and then matted the image over that on an angle.

I printed the sentiment and layered it onto red cardstock and added it to the finished card. This makes a wonderful card for your dentist...or any unfortunate who has a visit coming up or has already suffered!
