I printed this out on to photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I mounted the main piece on to aqua card with dst and then the topper on to a cream card with foam pads.
I used foam pads to add the decoupage, added a little glitter to highlight parts of the design and finished off with a sentiment of my choice.
