The base sheet was placed onto a white square card, and the decoupage built up. The background fireworks were all glittered for dramatic effect. A great card to send and recieve!

I placed the main image on white card with double sided tape and then added decoupage with foam tape. I added peel off strips to top and bottom of card for e4xtra interest.
I also offset the decoupage champagne and bottle to disguise the date so this can be used for next new year too
