I love this card! I cut out the base picture, I then cut out the rest of the pieces and built up the picture.
For the Fan I cut one and just the centre of another to give a 3d effect, I then used a Jewelled Brad as the centre of the fan.When that was finished I stuck the whole card onto a folded square card.
