After printing out the sheet and cutting out the elements I set about adhering the decouprage items with foam tape onto the base topper. I then used tangerine Liquid Pearl dots on the indicator lights of the car before adhering the base topper onto a black cardstock which formed the card base. With an appropriate verse inside, it will be complete.
