I resized the image to print on to half A4. Mounted the topper on to black mirror card, red card, embossed white card, then finally on to a red card base, adding black lace to the base of the red layer, and a feather to the top corner.
Layered all elements. Added clear gems and glitter to the mask, a red ribbon rose to the feather, and finished with a lace bow.
