I used a light brown "leather" card and layered the image onto it using 1.5 mm sticky pads. Put straight gold sticker lines round the edge of the image.

Instead of the printed leaves I punched out a lot of wine leaves of cardstock in different colours including gold and glued them on with cilicone dots.
