I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. I layered it onto a square purple card with 26652_29 as shown.

I added triangles of different card colours to form pennants, printed a sentiment, used glitter for highlights and scattered some of the balls from the design here and there.

This image could be used for a number of different occasions; the colours are truly gorgeous.
