I used a large white square base card fixing a gold backing paper with glitter pattern. I then decoupaged the topper. Finishing touches were the black border edging, on the lhs I used Chinese characters.

Finally, I used 3 fan peel offs on the gold backing paper, cutting these out and fixing with sticky pads.
