I love these fan cards, simple but effective. I printed the sheet in A4, I then cut out the main picture and mounted onto a navy blue folded card.
I then cut out each fan, and carefully cut off each alternate blade, Next I added to the card using sticky foam pads.
At the base of each fan I used a small brad. Finally I cut out each rose head and decoupaged onto the card.
