I printed out the sheet onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. I matted the base image onto Black mirror card, then onto Ice Blue mirror card, added 2 pale blue feathers & used foam pads to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.
I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel & used Star Dust Stickles to add some sparkle. I added blue gems to add extra bling.
