Wishing You a Happy New Year
I have designed this sheet as a decoupage sheet, use 3D foam or silicone glue to build the layers up into a gorgeous vintage lace New Year card front.
The image is enhance by the decoupage layer on the top, try adding a little glitter or glaze to enhance it even more.

I printed on to pearlescent paper, mounted the topper on to a decorative edged card and layered all elements. Added a blue pearl and some clear gems to finish this very pretty design.
