I printed the sheet onto card cut out all of the elements. I used PVA glue and glitter dust in pink and green on the shell of the decoupage tortoise before attaching it with foam pads to the base background.
I then decoupaged the 3 hearts and attached the card front to a 7" x 5" top fold white card.
