Room with a View - Quick DecoupageCompleted by Ann Ramsell- Panniescrafts

I printed the sheet onto glossy paper then cut out all the elements using both scissors and knife. I matted the decoupage first onto lemon card then onto patterned coordinating paper. On a white card blank I attached the decoupage slightly off centre.

I added a yellow gingham ribbon and bow. I matted the sentiment to some of the coordinating patterned paper and affixed with sticky fixers.
