Tea & TulipsCompleted by Diane Vermeer
OccasionFloral / Floral Tulips
Printed onto gloss photo paper. Cut out all the elements and then using DST I stuck Topper to a White card. Used foam pads to build up the Decoupage. I used some Pink Glitter on the Tulips and stuck a pearl onto the lid of Teapot.
This is a very pretty Design and easy to make up.
