Pansy Framed ToppersCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card. I attached design Sparkle Portrait Backing Paper, cUp 169386_703 to the card using double sided tape. The design has two toppers, one with a verse and one without.

I cut out the white background from the topper with no verse leaving a frame and I attached this frame over the other topper using thin foam tape.

I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I added some glitter to the pearl and to the centre of the small white flowers on the frame to enhance the lovely design.

I attached the greeting using thin foam tape.
