This design was based on a request by a cardmaker. I believe she was looking for a card for giving to someone who is a nurturing person without being a mother.
I have included a number of tags and the one directly on the topper is left blank for any other sentiment such as Birthday or Anniversary.

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a square card. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I attached the greeting using thin foam tape.
