Lovely LilacsCompleted by Valerie Spowart
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Floral
I printed out sheet onto matt photo-paper, cut out and attached base to a scalloped edge white square card, added topper and decoupage with foam pads and finished with lilac gems to floral faux ribbon and a gold gem to flower centre on faux bow.
A lovely design suitable for many occasions.
