I matted the base image onto gold mirror card after adding vintage photograph to the aperture i'd carefully cut out using my easy-grip craft knife then added a white feather and used foam tape to add it to the 8x8 card blank, I used a CUP backing paper from the Floral Embossed set.

I decoupaged the layers and used Frosted Lace Stickles on the Roses and Icicle Stickles on the swirl & flower middles.
