I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached base to scalloped edge square white card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with clear glaze to goggles and gold bow to spine.
A cute design.
I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to green card, then on to a Kraft card. Layered all elements. Added card candi to embellish, and two of the sentiment tags. A fabulous design.
