Printed onto glossy photo paper. Attached base image to card stock using ds tape. Built up image with 1mm foam pads.

With this design I first printed it ut onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, I placed the main design base onto the front of a blue C5 card, I then made up the design using 2mm sticky pads, this is a terrific, fun design which was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done
