Printed on to good quality glossy photo paper. Cut off the left hand side of the main piece and lined it up to the spine of a white card base.
Cut this out following the contours of the design. Cut out all other pieces and attached using foam pads.

I matt and layered onto 5 x 7 card stock, then cut the shape of the picture into the card, I used 3D foam pads to raise the elements up.
