Printed on good quality card paper cut out and layered the elements with foam stick pads. I trimmed in gold peel off and added the caption

Printed this out three times onto matte coated paper, I mounted one onto white card and used the other two for decoupage.
I used silicone for the decoupage and finished of with a blue insert.
