Printed onto Quality Photo Paper. After cutting out all the pieces I used DST to attach Topper onto a white felt card. I used foam pads to build up the Decoupage. To finish I stuck 3 red bling onto top of his hat.
I could just see him with a hat that lights up. A fun card to make.
