I printed onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and cut out. The card front was matted onto Gold Satin card with d/s tape and added to a White card base. The decoupage was added with foam pads and after matting the Greeting Tag onto Gold Satin card and cutting out.
It was then added to the top corner of my card, to finish I added Clear Gems and used the matching insert inside.
