I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image with a grey metalic backing paper and mounted it onto a white card blank...I applied the decoupage using silicone gel and to finish the card I added a little dog embelishment and card candi to the corners...a great fun design.
With this design I first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of a blue C5 card, I then added a red border all round the outside edges of the design, to finish my card I made up the design using 3mm sticky pads, this is a terrific, fun design which was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done
