Policeman DudeCompleted by JAYES CRAFTED CARDS by Jennifer

This is such a fun image and perfect for my Brother-in-Law! I printed onto glossy photo paper and cut out. I made up a card blank by scoring a A4/C4 card in half and covered with Blue lightweight card.

I matted main image onto light blue card then adhered onto the card base. I decoupaged all the elements and finished with silver gems for the ons on the jacket, a greeting and peel off letters to add Pauls name on the number plate.
