I printed the sheet onto super smooth card and cut out the elements. I used foam pads to build up the decoupage.

I used 4 silver star brads to attach the topper to a mat of silver embossed card and then stuck this to a pearlised dark blue A5 card blank with double sided tape.

I matted the "look who's 60" greeting onto matching silver embossed card and attached it to the bottom of the card with foam tape.

I finished with some small star shaped peel off stickers. this is a fun card
