The obvious would be a Man U football card, but he´s cheeky enough for a valentine, birthday or anniversary. I printed onto photocard and layered with foam pads.

I printed my caption and heading and drew around this, using a crepe foil for backing it was attached with glue (tape didn´t hold) cutting around leaving a border before attaching to the main card with double sided tape ....can´t tell you the caption as the recipient will then read it before its delivered!

You could put "the word NO usually does it!" whatever you decide, enjoy.
