I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.

I attached the frame to the base design using thin foam tape. I added some silver Lurex thread to the decoupage making a dangler image and placed this behind the frame securing the thread on one of the foam pads allowing the image to move freely.

A lovely card and great fun to make.
