Charlie Dude Decoupage Sheet

Print the sheet onto glossy photo paper and cut out all the elements. I used a red card with a white/black star overlay then attached the largest picture and built up the rest of the elements with silicone.
I added a red cardstock band to charlie's hat and a red cardstock hankie to his jacket pocket. A gold border sticker was used around the outside of the card. I added a red/white tag with black/gold text sticker and cut another hat and glued this onto the tag as well.
Random stars on the background have been covered with glitter transparent stars to finish.
Charlie is such a classic card that you can do anything with. Thank you for the opportunity to show finished product.
