I printed the sheet onto super smooth white card and then cut out the pieces. I made the base card by scoring an A4 blue Silk Art card and folding it in half. I attached the base image layer directly to this and then built up the decoupage layers in turn using 1mm deep, double sided, foam tape and some glue gel.
Bert is a real character that's sure to bring a smile to the recipients face.
