Ahoy Shipmates! Navy Dude proudly gazes out to sea aboard his good ship! Easy to make decoupage with dog tag sentiment and blank tiles plus a couple of spare rings!

I stuck the card front to a matching teal coloured card and added the decoupage layers. I used large gold chain borders down the sides and wavy gold peeloffs all around the topper.
I stuck another lifebelt in the corner as decoration and added the tags and greeting to finish it off.

I printed this sheet onto photo paper. Mounted the main graphic onto card stock using d/sided tape. Cut out the other pieces and used sticky tabs to decoupage. A piece of ribbon, glitter glue and my own sentiments make this perfect for what I needed.
