Happy Days

On this card, which was a joy to do, i already had one card cup 39589, i used the main picture of that as background, then decoupaged the fisherman placing it in the middle of the background, then used a cloud picture and placed peel offs of best wishes, and used a blue wavy peel off around the whole picture adding a blue bow to finish.
