PoolCompleted by Sallys Fidgety Fingers

I printed the sheet onto glossy paper and cut out enough elements for one card. (There are enough for two on the sheet) I attached the bottom layer to my base card and then layered the pieces using foam pads.

Some of the balls need to be cut to fit the picture but it is simple enough to do. To finish I added a Happy Birthday peeloff, colouring around some letters in a matching green.
