I printed this sheet onto good quality photo paper and cut out all the parts. I attached the main picture to a card blank and added the layers with foam pads.
I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I mounted on an orange mat and then a green card front. I added some orange rhinestones and a thank you tag
