After fixing the base of the decoupage to white embossed paper I added the other elements using silicone glue. I made up a 5x7 black card blank using a Craft Robo and cup60408_648 and fixed the completed dartboard centrally.

To finish off I added some peel off borders and holographic peel off sentiment.
