Printed onto matte coated paper, then mounted onto white card. I used silicone for the decoupage and finished of with an anchor and the matching insert cup536608_1812.
I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached base to turquoise pearlescent patterned paper, then to scalloped edge white card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with clear glaze to clocks, yellow stickles to lighthouse windows and seashell to bottom inside corner.
A great design.
