Fishing Dude Decoupage Sheet.Completed by Carolyn Norris

The sheet was printed on quality cardstock and the decoupage was done with foam pads. There is a great deal of decoupage for you to choose from, deciding how much or little you wish to use.

I used foam pads to attach the decoupage pieces to the background sheet (The Fishing Stream) and then the card front was adhered, with double sided tape, to a blank, white, card.
