I printed this on to good quality photo paper and cut out all the elements. I fixed the main design on to a teal A5 card with dst. I then used foam pads to add the decoupage items. I love the speech bubble!!!
I added some glitter to the fish, the stars and the water bubbles and finished off with some green card candi on the corners.
So refreshing to get a great humourous card.

A great humourous fishing card
I made this card with 300gsm card and printed front page with 220gsm matte photo paper, the decoupage was put on with sticky pads, and I used 190gsm photo paper for the nice matching insert
