I printed onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and cut out all pieces. I matted the base layer onto Silver Mirri card with d/s tape and added to a White card base.
The decoupage was added with foam pads and after Matting the small topper and Greeting Tag onto Silver Mirri card with d/s tape.
These were then added to the reverse and top front of my card. To finish I made a Matching insert for inside and added Red Gems.
