I added a panel of deep green cardstock to my cream card blank then a panel of red that I punched along the top edge using Martha Stewart Optic Dot punch.

Attached the base image leaving a narrow green border.

Built the decoupage, added sentiment and highlighted the windscreen with glossy accents
