Birthday Card with Vespa Scooters and Decoupage

A decoupage vespa motor scooter is the focal point of this card kit. There is another vespa behind it, a perfect card for scooter enthusiasts. It fits a 7x5" card or can be resized. Please click on my name to view my other designs. Thanks for looking!
