I used blue card and made a side mountain fold. On the main part of the card I stuck some of my own Best Wishes backing paper and scalloped the edges.
In the centre I placed the decoupaged Biker Dude and below that attached blue ribbon and made a bow with a jewel to finish.
On the mountain fold I placed a tag with a message on. Also a birthday embellishment and glittered to finish.
